Problems With Evangelism :

"One of the problems of evangelism today is that Christians are not willing to stand nose to nose with the world and tell it like it is concerning Jesus Christ. The gospel is emasculated to accommodate everybody’s prejudice. We need boldness. It is sad that the boldness of Peter and John is far from what most of us experience in our lives. I pray to God that He will give us more boldness."
~John MacArthur

Proverbs 28:1 "....the righteous are bold as a lion."

I've been thinking and praying about this very thing lately, it has been heavy on my mind. The Lord reaches others "through the foolishness of preaching" ... that doesn't mean that we are to behave foolishly. It means that the world will think us foolish and mock the message of the truth of the gospel, and will hate us and revile us for it. And to show our love, and devotion, and thankfulness, to our dear savior for doing such a terrible and wonderful thing for us, by sharing the truth of it, is the least we can do... and most of us (often, sadly, including myself, I know that I often neglect opportunities to share the truth) don't do it, this one simple little thing of sharing the truth about Jesus.

We need to warn others to repent, and to humbly come before a holy God, who will forgive us our sins, as we forgive those who sin against us.
